The Slipstream Design team have designed many embedded systems and have a wide experience within the specialist fields of wireless infrastructure and power electronics. Here is some of our expertise in more detail:

8/16/32 bit micro controllers covering most of the major manufactures including Microchip, ARM, Luminary, TI

We are happy writing code in many language our most common is C & C++

Real time operating systems, schedulers such as Free RTOS, Linux

We have written drivers for nearly every type of controller peripheral. Here are a few of the usual ones, I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, PWM, EEPROM….

Some of our more specialist area are; motor control for PMSM, SR, IM and direct torque vector control.

To complement the embedded software we are at home writing PC applications for controlling, testing and interfacing to your product. We can provide you with a Graphical User Interface (GUI) and dll library that you can use in your own system. Our choice for programming is often Microsoft based such as .net, Visual Studio C++ or Basic.
