Our mechanical expertise lies in our in-house ability to design, analyse and prototype your products so they work as expected and can be manufactured efficiently.
We have extensive working experience of 3D modelling and drafting using Solidworks. We are able to perform static, modal, thermal FEM analysis and optimisation studies using CosmosWorks.
We have a particular speciality in the modelling of composite materials using our NastranFX FEM solver.
Other skills include: Rapid prototyping, full and scale models, design for manufacture, BOM and optimisation, photo realistic rendering and animations.
