Design of high power, high efficiency RF amplifiers using LDMOS, GaAs and GaN technologies, RF modelling using Microwave Office and ADS, input and output matching networks, High linearity MMIC handset switch design, LNA design, Mixer design, Tx and Rx chain design, power detectors, RF Layout, RF Enclosure Design, IM test site design.
We have also designed a number of lightning strike protection circuits for 10/350us IEC 62305-1 for one of our wireless infrastructure customers.
Our RF and embedded engineers work closely together to implement bias control, temperature compensation, power detector reading and other ADC, DAC and sensor interfaces so often required in an RF design.
